Who we are
Rick Reinlasoder explains that Rindy Farms started “As a 4-H project and we have been raising registered Suffolks in the beautiful Mission Valley of western Montana for 35 years.”
Breeding goals
Rick highlights their breeding goals by saying, “We strive to raise sheep that function on forage, work in the lambing barn, grow well and have capacity and bone.”
Athleticism and the ability to travel are also important. In addition, Rindy Farms regularly uses their highest performing buck lambs as studs and expect them to breed on pasture, with little or no supplementation.
